Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Ageless Reset website (agelessbykim.com) and enrolling in our program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Program Description

The Ageless Reset is a 12-month health and wellness transformation program designed for women in midlife. The program includes educational content, video modules, personalized coaching, community support, and ongoing guidance. The program is led by Kim Fisher and is designed to provide general health and fitness information and support.

The information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet, exercise program, or wellness regimen, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions or concerns.

Eligibility

To enroll in The Ageless Reset, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. By enrolling, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payment Terms

We offer two payment options:

• Pay in Full: One-time payment of $2,249 USD
• Monthly Plan: 12 monthly payments of $199 USD

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. For monthly plans, you authorize recurring charges until the payment plan is complete.

Refund Policy & Guarantee

We offer a 3-week satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the program within the first 21 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund by contacting us at kim.bodybrilliance@gmail.com. Refund requests must be made in writing within the 21-day period. After this period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

For monthly payment plans, the guarantee applies to the first 21 days. If you cancel within the guarantee period, you will receive a refund of any payments made. After the guarantee period, you are responsible for completing all remaining monthly payments.

Program Access

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to The Ageless Reset program materials, including video content, downloadable resources, and community features. Your access begins immediately upon payment confirmation and continues for 12 months from your enrollment date. Program content is released according to the program schedule (weekly during the initial 6-week sprint).

Intellectual Property

All content provided through The Ageless Reset, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, worksheets, and other materials, is the property of Kim Fisher and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

User Conduct

As a member of The Ageless Reset community, you agree to:

• Treat other members and staff with respect
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share access
• Not share, redistribute, or resell program content
• Participate constructively in community discussions
• Not use the program for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ageless Reset and Kim Fisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical exercise and dietary changes involve inherent risks. By participating in The Ageless Reset, you assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur. You represent that you are physically capable of participating in exercise activities and have obtained any necessary medical clearances.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
