I have spent more than forty years inside women's real lives and real bodies. I began in the first generation of female personal trainers in the United States and built an in-home practice where some clients have stayed with me for more than twenty years. I now train their children.
My clients do not just hire me to count reps. They text me about hormones, sleep, grief, travel, and life decisions. I walk with them through real seasons of change.
At 63, I am post-menopausal and stronger than I was at 40. The Beginning
I am 63 years old, and I have spent more than forty years inside women's real lives and real bodies.
I started in the very first generation of female personal trainers in the United States, at a time when women lifting weights still raised eyebrows. I trained through ACSM, ACE, and AFAA, and fell in love with the way strength changes not just a woman's body, but how she carries herself in the world.
My dream at the beginning was to open a women-only gym. When that fell through, I asked myself a question that has quietly guided my entire life: Is it possible?
Instead of quitting, I built my own path.
The Woman in Your Living Room
From day one, my work has been deeply personal. I built an in-home training practice with an elite private clientele. I drive to their homes. I see them in their kitchens, their family rooms, their real lives.
Some of my clients have been with me for more than twenty years. I now train their children. They do not just ask me how many squats to do. They text me about hormones, lab results, travel routines, grief, insomnia, marriage, divorce, dentists, and lash artists.
They invest twelve to fifteen thousand dollars a year because I am not just their trainer. I am the person they trust to walk through change with them.
That kind of longevity does not happen without deep trust and honest conversation.
Fighting for Women to Take Up Space
Movement has been my language since high school and college track, but it has always been about more than sport.
I founded Racegirl BMX League, a 501(c)(3) that created the first all-girls sponsored BMX team in the country. I pushed for rule changes so girls could compete equally with boys. I produced events that put female riders on the map and gave them the visibility they deserved.
That same energy runs through my work with midlife women now. I am here to help you take up space. Not shrink yourself to fit a smaller story.
From Fitness to Full-Spectrum Transformation
As my private practice grew, I began leading transformation programs for women in midlife. I ran four rounds of 12-week groups that combined strength training, protein-first nutrition, accountability, and mindset. Those programs led to my Becoming Ageless retreat in Sedona, where we paired movement and nutrition with deep emotional and spiritual work.
After that, I did something rare in this industry. I paused.
For three years I stepped back from launching programs and turned inward. I became a student again. I studied life coaching and personal development with teachers like Jay Shetty and Thais Gibson. I graduated from Delphi University as a Certified Spiritual Counselor, focusing on spiritual development and awakening.
That season changed everything. I stopped seeing my work as 'just fitness' and started to understand it as full-spectrum transformation—body, nervous system, mindset, and soul.

Where I Am Now
Today I am post-menopausal, stronger than I was at 40, and more grounded in who I am than ever.
I created Ageless by Kim and The Ageless Reset to bring the level of support my private clients receive to more women, at a fraction of the cost and without needing me in their living room.
My method is what I call Science and Soul:
